Please follow the steps cooresponding to your situation below.

Important Details

• UWAC 2010 will be taking place from April 30th - May 2nd. The itinerary with detailed timings will be released closer to the conference date.
• The registration fee for the conference is $200.00 CAD. This includes shared accomodations at the Waterloo Inn for two nights, as well as food provided for the full duration of the conference.

Registration Steps:

External Delegates: Registration Open

1. If you do not attend the University of Waterloo, first fill out the registration form here.
2. You will be prompted to make payment online. Follow the steps you are provided.
3. If succesfull, you will be given a payment confirmation. If you have any problems, please contact us at info@uwac.ca.
4. That's it! You've successfully registered for UWAC. Keep checking your email for updates on the conference, and other required information.

UW Delegates:

1. UWAC registration for UW Students is on a waiting list basis. All spots are currently filled.
2. To add yourself on to the waiting list, please complete and submit the the waiting list form here.
3. If and when spots become available, waiting list members will be contacted in the order of their sign up. Please regularly check the email you specified to ensure we will be able to contact you in a timely fashion.
