How To Register
Registration for UWAC 2010 is currently open. Please follow the steps cooresponding to your situation below.
Important Details
- UWAC 2010 will be taking place from April 30th - May 2nd. The itinerary with detailed timings will be released closer to the conference date.
- The registration fee for the conference is $200.00 CAD. This includes shared accomodations at the Waterloo Inn for two nights, as well as food provided for the full duration of the conference.
Registration Steps:
External Delegates:
- If you do not attend the University of Waterloo, first fill out the registration form here.
- You will be prompted to make payment online. Follow the steps you are provided.
- If succesfull, you will be given a payment confirmation. If you have any problems, please contact us at info@uwac.ca.
- That's it! You've successfully registered for UWAC. Keep checking your email for updates on the conference, and other required information.
UW Delegates:
- Pay your registration fee during sales hours. Find the schedule here. You will be able to meet an UWAC executive to pay for the conference at V1 and other locations around campus. Please be ready to pay by Cash or Cheque (the registration fee is $200.00) and bring your Watcard.
- You will be emailed your voucher ID issued to you after you make payment for the conference. Access the registration page here and make sure to enter the correct voucher ID (as proof of payment).
- That's it! You've successfully registered for UWAC. Keep checking your email for updates on the conference, and other required information.
